you're looking for then there's
a good chance you'll be able

corner of each page. Simply
type in a keyword, such as 'Balloons',
and press 'Go'.

Certainly. A member of our customer
team will be only too happy
to take your order over the

What
are your delivery costs?
We have no minimum order.
Our delivery costs are £5
postage and packaging, unless
the order if over £100
which it is then free. For extra
peace of mind we also offer
a next day delivery service
at £10, and guarantees
the parcel will reach you by
12 noon the following day (providing
all the items are in stock and
this is not available on Saturdays).

What
delivery methods do you offer?
All orders are sent by First
Class Mail or via a courier.
What
payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo
and Delta. We do not take American
Express or Visa Electron.
What if I don't have a credit
card, or don't like to use it
on the web?
You can now place your order
with us and arrange to give
us your credit card details
by phone or fax, or send us
a cheque or postal order.
Are
my personal details kept secure
and private?
Absolutely, At Party Shop Direct
we employ state of the art credit
card payment systems to ensure
that your card details are safe
from 3rd parties. For further

How
long will my order take to reach
me?
We aim to despatch your
goods within 3-4 working days
of us receiving your order.
This is however not guaranteed
so as a guide we suggest you
allow at least 6 working days
for us to process, pack and
deliver your order. If we are
out of stock of any of your
items we will of course let
you know. Exceptions to this
are specially printed balloons
and favours in these cases please
add an extra 2 weeks to the
delivery of your order.
Returns
and Refunds?
We want you to be happy with
everything you buy from us.
If you are not completely satisfied
with any of the goods you purchase,
please return them unopened
within 14 days and we will refund
you in full.

How
long do helium balloons last?
When filled with helium a latex
(rubber) balloon will usually
last about 12 hours and then
start to deflate. A foil (Mylar)
balloon will usually last about
2 weeks and then start to deflate. |
